RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Thank you for shopping with us at London Rebel. We endeavour to do all that we can to hope you love your purchase(s). However, if you are not fully satisfied with the item(s) you have received, you may return the item(s) to us within 28 days from when they were shipped, provided they are in original condition with tags intact. Once items are returned you will be entitled to receive an exchange or a refund. We are not able to refund or exchange items that appear to have been worn, washed, are not in original condition, or have their security tags removed.
Please ensure all return packages are sent with a trackable, insured service that provide you with a proof of postage, as we cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in transit. Please allow 3-5 working days from the time we receive your return for it to be processed.
Changed your mind? Your right to return
We understand that you may change your mind about something you have bought online.
You have the right to return the item(s) within 28 days from when they were shipped if you simply change your mind. We can offer a refund (excluding cost of delivery) and request that you return the item(s) unused and with the security tags intact to us at your own cost. Please ensure all return packages are sent with a trackable, insured service that provide you with a proof of postage, as we cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in transit. Please allow 3-5 working days from the time we receive your return for it to be processed.

A cancellation can be made within 2 hours of you receiving your order confirmation email after which your order is likely to have been shipped and therefore a Return would need to be processed as per the terms set out below.
We aim to deliver your Order by the estimated date set out in the dispatch confirmation email, or, if no date is given, at the latest within 30 days of the date of the dispatch confirmation email. In the unlikely event that your delivery is delayed for any reason within our control, we will do our best to keep you informed of the estimated delivery date. Please note that if the product(s) is/are not delivered within 30 days of the dispatch confirmation email, you are entitled to cancel the Order and be refunded any amounts paid by you for that Order.
Customers are entitled to a full refund up to 28 days from when the items were shipped if they turn out to be faulty.
Delivery costs will also be refunded where you have paid for the service or selected an “Express”-type service as per your requirements in which case the standard cost of delivery will apply.

Exchanges only apply for the same item in a different size or colour.
You have 28 days from when your items were shipped to make an exchange. Simply go to ‘My Order’s’ section in your account, select the product you wish to exchange and click the exchange button next to it. Follow on-screen instructions to process your exchange. Alternatively, drop us an email on firstname.lastname@example.org or call us on +44 8000385715 to confirm the return of your goods for exchange.
We simply request that you return the item(s) unused and with the security tags intact to us at your own cost. Please ensure all return packages are sent with a trackable, insured service that provide you with a proof of postage, as we cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in transit. Please allow up to 2 working days from the time we receive your return for it to be processed by us.

We are not obliged to give you a refund until we receive the products back from you or we receive evidence from you that you have sent them back to us. We strongly recommend you send the products using a secure or trackable method - i.e. Recorded/Special Delivery - and that you retain your proof of postage.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 10 business days where your refund will be credited back to your original method of payment within approximately two days of being processed. Depending on your bank, it may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.
Please note that refunds issued to expired or cancelled cards are handled by your bank and, in most cases, credited to the replacement card issued. If no replacement card exists, the bank usually delivers the refund using an alternate method (e.g., check or bank account deposit).
Faulty items will be refunded in full, including delivery charges where you have paid for the service or selected an “Express”-type service as per your requirements in which case the standard cost of delivery will apply as well as the cost incurred by you in returning them to us.

To advance your return, fill in the Returns Form as provided in your delivery, detailing each item, quantity, and the reason code for return and place in the parcel along with your item(s). This will allow us to deal with your return quickly and efficiently.
